My Theory is:
Alli leaves Degrassi because Melinda Shankar needs to film for how to be indie. Also you notice that when she’s hugging Clare, she’s wearing a brown sweater/jacket with her hair tied up. towards the end of the video you see a girl walking out the doors of Degrassi and that girl is wearing a brown sweater/jacket with her hair up as well. Seconds after that part you hear a voice saying “I’m leaving Degrassi”. Which sounds like Alli’s voice. Now I’m not sure about Sav, I don’t think he’s staying either, I mean Declan comes back because the guy comforting Holly J looks like Declan. Holly J looks sad maybe because Sav left Degrassi or is leaving. Clare dresses up as a hooker which people think she looks emo or something which she totally doesn’t. I think she does this to stop the dress code which only makes things worse. As for Eli, I think he’s stressing because he can’t be himself with this whole dress code and he hates it. Now as for Dave with the gun. it’s probably nothing big, everyone around him doesn’t look surprised, they’re actually smiling.
If you are a true big fan of degrassi you will know it’s Leia voice..she is moving to hong kong and like many people said Leia is leaving have way through season 10 and going to college in real life… Also Clare is wearing a emoish outifit((lol, but she is HOT<3)) in school too so you don't know if Alli is really leaving or not…Sav is going to leave he is a senior lol but i don't think Sav is leaving just when Declan comes back he is going to be all over Holly J because he doesn't even know she went out with Sav and he probably thinks they was just taking a break not breaking up seriously…and yeah Dave is probably just playing with the gun((stupid guys '=.=)) lol… oh and how to be indie isn't that a show?? I saw that before! X3 if its a movie then she probably leave but for a show i don't think so…
Leia only had one episode in the first half of season 10. Judy Jao confirmed she is only in the first half of season 10, so the person who leaves can’t be her, because she’s not even in 25-48.
I doubt Clare is protesting the clothes, because it would fail. They have cops/guards, so even if she did it they would stop her and escort her to the principle’s office where she would be sent home.
Also, Dave is holding a tazer. Likely taken from one of the school cops/guards.

He’s not homicidal or anything, it’s like a test run. Kids are around cuz it’s a class and they’re smiling cuz ‘how cool is it we get to hold a gun in school!’.
Clare is probably stressing about her parents and Eli, hence why she looks so different. When she’s running down the hall, it’s probably cuz of an upcoming divorce or huge fight with her parents, and she’s dressed all weird cuz she may be questioning her religion and rules in general–all due to the fact her parents are having problems.
